Real Estate Sales Support Position
Award winning Ray White Real Estate Agent Anna Manning is seeking an enthusiastic & diligent Sales Support superstar to help manage her busy & varied workload.
You may be the perfect person for this role if you:
- are personable, energetic & enthusiastic.
- love organisation, are detail oriented & proficient with technology (such as updating the Client Relationship Management database, Adobe Acrobat, Google docs, spreadsheets and DocuSign).
- are well spoken & present yourself professionally.
- self-directed and have initiative - this is a must.
- have an interest in Real Estate (previous industry experience would be a bonus!).
- are up for a challenge, able to remain focused & unflustered under pressure.
A typical week in this position might see you perform duties such as:
- Day-to-day inbox and calendar management - keep on top of enquiries & appointments.
- Agent promotion & marketing activity as required.
- Preparing & supporting the property appraisal process.
- Supporting the listing process including client liaison, coordinating advertising, attending various supplier appointments on site & conducting post sale activities.
- Past client database analysis & engagement.
About the role
- This is a part-time position for 20 hours (or more as agreed) per week.
- We are open to a full time position for a candidate with their Real Estate Licence.
- Hours can be agreed from Monday - Thursday. However, it would require at least one rostered Sunday per month.
- The role location will be at the Ray White Lower Hutt office.
- You will need a valid drivers licence.
- You must be a NZ Citizen or have the right to work in NZ.
- Immediate start available.
